About these terms
These terms apply to your use of jayslawncarenwa.com, the website of Jay's Lawn Care, LLC. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information on this site
Service descriptions, photos and other content on this site are general information about our work. Photos show examples of yards and projects. What we do on your property depends on your yard and on what we agree with you.
Quotes and work
Requesting a quote through the site, by phone or by text doesn't create a contract or commit you to anything. Any work we do is covered by the quote, proposal or agreement you accept for that job. If that document differs from anything on this site, the document controls.
Reviews
Reviews shown on this site come from our Google Business Profile and are quoted as the reviewers wrote them. Each one reflects that reviewer's own experience.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site. That means not trying to disrupt it or access it without permission, and not sending spam or harmful content through its forms.
Our content
The text, photos, logo and design of this site belong to Jay's Lawn Care, LLC or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Links to other sites
The site links to Google and other websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
No warranties
We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but the site is provided “as is,” without promises that it will always be complete, current or available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Jay's Lawn Care, LLC isn't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this website. This doesn't limit anything in a quote, proposal or agreement for work, or any rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
